An amaryllis (hippeastrum) bulb coated in a decorative layer of wax. It needs no water or soil – all moisture and nutrients are sealed inside. Just place it in a bright spot and watch it grow.
Care
- Do not water – the moisture is sealed inside; water would damage the bulb.
- Place it in a bright spot out of direct sunlight and away from radiators so the wax does not melt.
- Occasionally turn the bulb, so that the stem grows straight.
- The flower grows in about 3 to 6 weeks and lasts for several weeks.

Delivered in bud. For it to bloom at Christmas, we recommend ordering by the end of November.
