FAQ
When is the best time to order?
Every decoration is hand-tied and ready within 4 days of your order. The first Sunday of Advent falls on 29 November this year, so order Advent wreaths at least a week before. For larger orders, please get in touch well in advance.
How long do the decorations last?
Noble fir does not shed its needles and lasts the whole of Advent. It only gradually turns silvery and keeps its shape for weeks.
Can you make other colours than those in the e-shop?
Yes. We adapt the colours of the candles, ribbons and ornaments to your company’s interior. Write to us via the Request a custom quote button.
What lights can we add to the tree?
Battery lights for 290 Kč or mains lights for 390 Kč.
We are ordering several pieces. How should we proceed?
Send us an enquiry via the Request a custom quote button and we will prepare a custom quote.
