How to order from abroad
- Choose a bouquet in our online shop. Every bouquet is hand-tied by our trained florist.
- Enter the recipient's Prague address, the delivery date and a time window.
- Write your card message. We'll handwrite it and add it to the bouquet for free.
- Pay by card or PayPal, using your own billing address anywhere in the world.
Paying from abroad
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards issued in any country, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK), and your bank or PayPal converts the amount into your currency automatically. We issue an invoice for every order.
When and where we deliver
We deliver fresh flowers across Prague and the nearby area. Order on a weekday by 4 pm Prague time and we'll deliver the bouquet the same day. We deliver on weekdays in the 10 am–12 pm or 1–4 pm time windows; delivery at a specific hour between 10 am and 7 pm costs 49 CZK extra. Weekend delivery is only possible by prior arrangement. Mind the time difference: 4 pm in Prague is, for example, 10 am in New York or 3 pm in London.
See the bouquet before the recipient does
Before delivery, we'll send you a photo of the finished bouquet on WhatsApp. Please include your phone number with the international dialling code when you order.

Can I pay with a US or UK card?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards issued in any country, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK). Your bank or PayPal converts the amount into your currency.
Indicative Czech National Bank rate (29 Oct 2026): 1 USD ≈ 21.86 CZK · 1 EUR ≈ 24.34 CZK · 1 GBP ≈ 29.12 CZK. A 1,790 CZK bouquet is about 82 USD or 74 EUR. Your bank or PayPal may use a slightly different rate.What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?
On a weekday by 4 pm Prague time. If you want the exact arrangement shown in the photo, please order at least one day in advance.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Prague costs 189 CZK and is free for orders over 2,000 CZK. Delivery at a specific hour costs 49 CZK extra.
Do you deliver at weekends?
We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays only by prior arrangement. Please get in touch in advance.
How will I know what the bouquet looks like?
Before delivery, we'll send you a photo of the finished bouquet on WhatsApp to the number you give in your order.
